Privacy Policy

The board is public, the data is minimal, and there is nothing to sell — because there are no accounts.

Last updated 3 September 2026.

Who we are

DropHunt is a public board run by Drafts Lab from draftslab.com. For any privacy matter write to privacy@draftslab.com — we answer every request ourselves, there is no ticket system.

What we collect

Only what the board needs to work:

What we never collect

No accounts, no emails, no passwords, no phone numbers. We run no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no social trackers. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, full stop.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe under their own privacy policy; we only receive confirmation that the payment settled and a reference for our ledger.

Hosting

The database and application data are hosted on Supabase in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Public by design

Everything you submit to the board is, by definition, public: your listing name, its destination, the total paid, its click count and when it was placed. Do not submit information you would not want published — that is what the board is for.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete a listing you own at any time. Write to privacy@draftslab.com from the contact associated with the payment, or include the payment reference, and we will action it within 72 hours.

Deleting a listing removes it from the board and anonymises its ledger entry. It does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Retention

Ledger entries are kept in anonymised form for accounting purposes as long as the law requires. Everything else is deleted on request or when a listing is removed.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date below. The version in force when you pay is the one that applies to that payment.
