Terms and Conditions
One board, one mechanic, and one line worth reading twice: every payment is final.
Last updated 3 September 2026.
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of https://drophunt.link (the "Site"), run by Drafts Lab ("we", "us") through draftslab.com. By using the Site — and especially by paying for a rank — you accept them. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not pay.
Charges appear on your statement under the name of our payment processor's merchant of record, which may differ from DropHunt.
There are no accounts on DropHunt. The contract is created by your payment, not by signing up.
What you are buying
You are buying a spot on one public board. The order comes from the total amount ever paid for each listing, highest first — ties are broken in favour of whoever paid earlier.
You are not buying traffic, clicks, visibility, a locked position, or time on the board. Anyone can pay more than you at any moment and move above you. That is the whole point of DropHunt, not a bug or a failure to deliver.
- The total you have paid never goes down, and we never expire or reset your listing.
- Your position can and will drop as others pay more. That is expected.
- The Trending list runs on real clicks and cannot be bought or reserved.
Price and payment
Amounts are whole euros, from 1 € to 999 999 €. Payments run through Stripe; we never see or keep your card details.
If your listing is already on the board and you raise it, you are charged only the difference between your current total and the new one.
The amount is locked when checkout opens. If someone raises the same listing before your payment settles, you keep the rank that your payment reaches — we will never charge more than you agreed to.
Your rank applies when Stripe confirms the payment, not when your browser lands back on the Site. If you close the tab right after paying, your rank is still yours.
No refunds
Every payment is final. We do not issue refunds, cancellations, credits, partial returns or reversals.
A rank is digital content delivered at once: it shows on the public board the moment your payment settles, usually within seconds. By paying you expressly ask for that immediate delivery and waive any withdrawal right that would otherwise apply once performance starts, to the extent the law applicable to you allows.
None of the following entitles you to a refund:
- Someone paying more and taking a spot above yours. That is the mechanic.
- Getting fewer clicks or less attention than you hoped. We promise neither.
- Changing your mind, mistyping the URL, paying the wrong amount, or paying twice on purpose.
- Your own website being slow, offline, or edited after you paid — including missing titles, descriptions or icons.
- Downtime, maintenance or temporary outages of the Site.
- Your listing being removed for breaking these Terms or the Rules.
The one thing we will fix
If a bug on our side charges you twice for the same claim, or takes money without granting the rank it was for, that is our mistake and we will make it right — either by granting the rank or by returning the duplicated amount.
Write to hello@draftslab.com within 30 days and include the payment reference. This is the only situation in which money comes back, because a system failure is not a sale.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a rank that was delivered breaks these Terms. We keep a settled, timestamped ledger of each payment and the rank it bought, and we will submit it in any dispute.
If a chargeback is raised against a delivered rank, we may hide the listing while the dispute is open and remove it permanently if the dispute succeeds — with no return of the position or of amounts already paid.
What you may list
You may list any website or X handle that opens real content — product pages, apps, tools, portfolios. The Rules page explains what gets rejected. In particular, links to downloadable files (executables, installers, archives), direct file-hosting downloads, URL shorteners, and adult, gambling or piracy content are blocked automatically. By paying you confirm that:
- You own the site or handle, or are authorised by its owner to promote it.
- The destination is lawful, free of malware, phishing and scams, and contains nothing illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- The name you type is not misleading and does not impersonate a person or a brand.
- You are not using DropHunt to launder affiliate or referral traffic.
Removal
We may hide or delete any listing whenever we consider it necessary — for breaking these Terms, a legal request, or a credible report of harm. Removal never triggers a refund of what was already paid.
The payment ledger is append-only. A removed listing keeps its record, so removal neither erases what was paid nor shuffles anyone else's position.
The Site is provided as is
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of click counts and other figures on the board.
We do not endorse, vet or take responsibility for any listing or the site it links to. Following a link from the board is your own decision and your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms is capped at the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunities, however caused.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Third parties
Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Listings point to sites we do not control. Neither is run by us, and neither is our responsibility.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published here when you pay is the one that governs that payment; a later change never rewrites a rank you already bought.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer outside Spain, you keep whatever protection mandatory consumer law in your country grants you, including the right to sue in your local courts. Where that law grants rights these Terms would remove, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
